About the Role:

• Be the day-to-day contact for key clients
• Manage the operational excellence of the account, including project management and handling incoming queries
• Build expert knowledge of each client’s business, industry, and competitive landscape
• Handle commercial administration including order processing, forecasting and reconciliations
• Develop quotations and maintain sales pricing
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels
• Drive long-term account success through value-add solutions and clear communication plans

About You:

• Have a genuine interest in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
• Are articulate, confident and professional, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Bring a positive, proactive approach and a genuine desire to learn
• Are ready to step into a client-facing role with long-term growth potential
• Previous exposure to the pharmaceutical or scientific field is highly regarded
