Accounts Receivable Project Specialist (Immediate Start)
- Temporary assignment offering up to $45 / hour + Super
- 5 hours per day (between 9am – 5pm), Monday to Friday
- Industrial Equipment Supplier in Norwest Business Park
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on results, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about making a measurable difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Finance Manager to review and analyse the current ATB
- Proactively follow up with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve overdue accounts and accelerate collections
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment arrangements
- Identify and escalate problematic accounts as needed
- Provide regular progress updates and actionable recommendations to management
- Assist with process improvements to prevent future overdue balances
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or credit control, ideally within a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of AR aging/ATB reports and strategies to reduce overdue balances
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Immediate availability for a part-time, project-based role
- Experience with financial software and strong attention to detail
- Flexible work hours (5 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
