About the Company
Our large NSW State Government client works to protect the community of NSW by managing complaints. They work collaboratively with the Complaints Commission to decide the best way a complaint should be managed. In managing a complaint they would with the industry specialist to raise their level of professional performance and to ensure professional standards are maintained.
 
 
About the Role
They are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join their growing team in Sydney CBD. This is an estimated 6month temp assignment with a strong potential to extend
 
Reporting to the Manager, you will be required to provide a wide range of administrative support services to assist in achieving their statutory requirements in a regulatory environment. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high quality, professional and empathetic customer service
  • Answer enquiries, in a timely and accurate manner
  • Facilitate the resolution of complaints
  • Inbox management, generating correspondence
  • Managing a caseload of reports/applications/complaints
  • Gather and collate information to support informed decision-making outcomes
  • Undertake research, investigation and assessment of reports, issues and complaints
  • Monitor, report and escalate serious or repetitive complaints and issues as required
  • Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
  • Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

Requirements
  • Demonstrated Case Management, Complaints Handling, Assessments, Investigations, Administration or Business Support Experience
  • Experience managing a caseload of complaints and issues
  • Public Sector experience highly advantageous
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
  • Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
