The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, you will work closely with the shared services team to support them with accounts payable. Whilst a larger percentage of your work will be to ensure the timely processing and response to accounts payable enquiries, you will have the opportunity to assist in other areas of finance, including Fixed Assets and reconciliation and reporting of other key accounts.

The Role

• Accounts Payable – working closely with shared services to ensure a timely response to AP queries
• Travel and Corporate card - maintain and review staff expenses
• Fixed Assets Reporting – work closely with shared services team to ensure accuracy in FA reporting and recording
• Liaise with Customs and Billing for any queries
• Reconciliation and Reporting – assist the Senior Financial Accountant with ad-hoc reconciliation and reporting
• Participate in Projects where required

Qualifications and experience

• Prior experience in accounts payable essential
• Experience working with medium to large business enterprise preferred and more specifically prior experience working with an offshore team and a high-volume transactional environment would be a bonus
• Medium to large business exposure ideal
• SAP preferred but not essential
• MS Excel skills – Intermediate level
• Immediate start
