Property Management - New Business Executive
- Location: Eastern Suburbs and North Shore Portfolios
- Up to $100k base + Super + uncapped Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and acquire new property management clients while nurturing an existing and potential client database.
- Prospect and secure new property management listings.
- Perform property appraisals and prepare professional marketing materials, including property copy and photography.
- Coordinate all aspects of onboarding new managements, including collecting manuals, keys, and preparing database profiles.
- Manage signboards, marketing materials, and social media content for available properties.
- Organise and attend open homes, personally service tenant enquiries, and manage new tenant matches each week.
- Conduct pre-vacate inspections, arrange moving authorities, and support successful leasing outcomes.
- Collaborate with the property management team, liaise with sales agents, and maintain positive relationships with approved trades and business alliances.
- Attend meetings, assist with new staff training, and participate in company events as directed.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and property management systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all documentation.
- Provide detailed reports on open inspections and handovers to the Senior Portfolio Partner.
- Support other company departments by responding promptly to referral opportunities.
- Current Real Estate License and CPD compliance
- Valid Driver's License and own vehicle
- Strong negotiation and sales capabilities
- Strong written, phone, and verbal communication skills.
- Highly efficient, organised, and adaptable team player.
- High level of professionalism, client focus, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong sense of urgency.
- Familiarity with local property market trends and relevant legislation (Residential Tenancies Act, Anti-Discrimination Act, Privacy Act).
