About the role
We are seeking a customer service representative to join a fast-paced, high-volume transport environment.

This is a temporary opportunity with strong potential to go permanent - no weekend work!

You will provide end-to-end customer service via phone and email, supporting clients with deliveries, tracking, and transport bookings.


Key Responsibilities

• Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly.
• Manage cases using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Book pick-ups and deliveries using an in-house system
• Track and trace consignments
• Update clients on delivery status and performance.
• Meet customer service targets and KPIs

About You
You’re energetic, reliable, and enjoy working in a team-based environment. You thrive under pressure and take pride in delivering excellent service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or transport
• Confident using MS Office, Salesforce, or similar systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to commit to 8:00am-4:00pm shifts
• Car & driver’s licence essential (no public transport access)
