You will be the first point of contact for key customers, managing delivery enquiries, urgent transport requirements, and escalations.
You will coordinate with transport hubs across Australia to schedule time slots and allocate loads, ensuring smooth and timely delivery performance. Your strong admin and communication skills will be essential as you check billings, resolve freight issues, and maintain accurate order information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries, delivery updates, and escalations
- Allocate and monitor transport orders and time slots
- Liaise with state-based transport hubs and operations teams
- Check and verify billing accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service to key accounts
- Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain administration highly regarded
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Able to start immediately and hit the ground running
