About the Role:
- Communicate with customers regarding clearance requirements and resolve discrepancies to ensure shipments are cleared successfully
- Gather and check shipment information and documentation when existing data is insufficient
- Validate and correct data to ensure records meet all regulatory standards
- Coordinate and facilitate shipment inspections where required
- Maintain regular contact with customers via phone, email, and other channels, supporting clearance queries
- Handle documentation tasks and perform some manual handling duties
- Availability to work weekends (both days or at least one)
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
- Ability to manage both desk-based tasks and occasional manual handling
- Capability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with full-time or part-time options
