About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for key accounts, ensuring orders flow smoothly from entry to delivery. This is a pivotal position where you’ll work closely with internal teams including transport and warehouse operations. It’s fast-paced, varied, and perfect for someone who thrives on juggling priorities and building strong relationships.

Your day will include:

• Managing inbound calls and emails from key clients
• Entering and tracking orders accurately and efficiently
• Following up deliveries and urgent requests
• Coordinating with operations to check stock and delivery timelines
• Processing returns and resolving customer queries
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service

About You

• Positive attitude, a team player, and eager to learn
• Background in customer service, order processing, or logistics preferred
• Comfortable with high-volume data entry and multitasking
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
