About the role:
- Deliver top-tier customer service by managing urgent calls and a busy inbox of order inquiries
- Process orders efficiently
- Meet critical deadlines for product despatch to support client needs
- Track and update delivery statuses, ensuring systems are always up-to-date
- Liaise with transport hubs and operational teams for smooth logistics coordination
- Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service role, ideally in warehousing, distribution, or logistics
- Proficient with Oracle/SAP or similar systems, plus Excel skills
- A customer-focused, results-driven individual who thrives under pressure and values excellence in service
