Are you an experienced Customer Service professional ready for your next challenge? Due to continual growth, we have an exciting opportunity to work with a Global leader in a fast-paced, high-performing customer service team. 
  
About the role:

• Deliver top-tier customer service by managing urgent calls and a busy inbox of order inquiries
• Process orders efficiently
• Meet critical deadlines for product despatch to support client needs
• Track and update delivery statuses, ensuring systems are always up-to-date
• Liaise with transport hubs and operational teams for smooth logistics coordination

About You:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service role, ideally in warehousing, distribution, or logistics
• Proficient with Oracle/SAP or similar systems, plus Excel skills
• A customer-focused, results-driven individual who thrives under pressure and values excellence in service
