About the Company Our client is a global leader in transport, logistics and international freight solutions, delivering exceptional service across warehousing, courier and distribution networks. Their Horsley Park site is expanding, and they’re seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their professional team.

The Role Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of contact for clients and drivers, ensuring the smooth coordination of deliveries and providing exceptional service via phone and email.

This casual role runs Monday to Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm, with no weekend work.

Your Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiries
  • Manage client cases and service requests using Salesforce and internal logistics systems
  • Book, consign and track freight and deliveries using in-house tools
  • Liaise with warehouse, operations and transport teams to resolve issues
  • Provide proactive updates on shipment status and delivery performance
  • Meet service targets and contribute to team success
About You You’re a customer service professional with a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for logistics and operations. You enjoy solving problems, supporting clients and working within a collaborative team.
To be successful, you’ll bring:
  • Previous experience in customer service, transport, logistics or dispatch
  • Strong computer literacy – ideally with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Availability to work the 10:00am–6:00pm shift, Monday to Friday
  • A reliable car and valid driver’s licence (site not accessible by public transport)
