About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a customer service professional who enjoys working in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You’ll provide daily support to customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.


Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer emails and providing delivery ETAs
• Chasing POD (Proof of Delivery) dockets
• Handling low-volume inbound calls
• Assisting with basic accounts (debits & credits)
• Reviewing invoices
• Updating customer and order details in SAP
• Using basic Excel for tracking and reporting
• Supporting general administration tasks

About You

• Previous experience in customer service or office administration
• Confident with emails, phone calls, and basic accounts processes
• Basic SAP (or similar system) experience
• Basic Excel skills
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Able to work Monday to Friday, on-site
