- Horsley Park location | $36 per hour + super
- Flexible to cover shifts between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
- Temp with possibility of perm | No access to public transport

About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a high volume of incoming customer calls
- Providing outstanding customer service and problem resolution
- Making outbound calls to follow up on deliveries
- Responding to urgent order requests via phone and email
- Accurately processing a high volume of customer orders
- Checking stock availability with operations
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints
About You
- Has experience in Customer Service and Administration, ideally within call centre environments, or transport & logistics
- Thrives in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills
- Has strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Drivers' licence and reliable transport
