About the role

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be required to deliver end-to-end professional customer service over the phone and via email. You must be available to work rotating shifts between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
  
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
  • Answering email and phone inquiries promptly
  • Order Processing and order management
  • Tracking freight
  • Utilising Salesforce to manage cases and email queries from clients and customers
  • Consigning and booking pick-ups and deliveries using an in-house transport tool
  • Willing to meet targets and set goals within the customer service space
About you

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and experience working within a team environment. You will have a can-do attitude, be able to perform in a fast-paced environment and be willing to give it your 100%!
  
Requirements
  • Previous work experience in a call centre, customer service or administration role.
  • Proven experience in a Logistics and or transport environment
  • Experience using MS Office applications and an order management experience
  • Team player with exposure to working with large operational teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to go the extra mile and willingness to commit to your shifts.
  • Have a reliable car and driver’s licence, as there is no access to public transport.
