About the Company
Join a well-established global organisation within the transport, supply chain, and logistics sector, recognised for delivering reliable and efficient service solutions. Due to increased business demands, they are seeking 2 motivated Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a temporary basis.
This role will initially be based at Erskine Park and will transition to the Ingleburn site in January.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a customer service professional with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You will provide day-to-day support to clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth order management and delivery processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer emails and providing ETAs on deliveries
- Chasing POD (Proof of Delivery) dockets and updating records
- Handling low-volume phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Basic understanding of accounts, including debits and credits
- Reviewing invoices
- Updating customer and order information in SAP
- Using basic Excel skills to track and manage data
- Supporting general administration and operational tasks as required
About You
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a customer service or office administration role
- Comfortable handling emails, phone calls, and basic accounts processes
- Basic working knowledge of SAP or similar systems
- Basic Excel skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, on-site, in a collaborative team environment
