Customer Support Specialist
- $70,000 + Super + Bonus | Supportive culture
- Baulkham Hills Location | Hybrid 2 days WFH
- Fulltime Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will join a friendly and professional close-knit team located in Baulkham Hills. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, with flexibility to WFH 2 days a week after probation.
In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties –
- Deliver professional customer service over the phone and via email
- Retain existing customers, clients, and accounts by offering quality services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and order statuses within the SAP system, supporting transparency and accountability.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and its distributor network, ensuring clear communication and efficient processing of customer orders.
- Ad-hoc administration duties

About You
To be successful in this role you will have the following
- Have impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.
- 2 + years of previous customer service experience within an office or call centre environment
- Previous experience using SAP or a similar ERP system will be highly regarded
- Have a can-do attitude and be proactive with the ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- This opportunity may also require you to convert square meters into linear meters and read floor plans, so a basic understanding of mathematics would be ideal.
