As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in enabling leadership effectiveness, ensuring operational alignment, managing critical priorities, and driving disciplined execution across the group’s activities. This newly created position offers a rare opportunity to partner closely with a CEO who values initiative, clarity, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and strategic executive support, managing priorities, calendars, correspondence, and key deliverables.
- Coordinate governance rhythms, meetings, and reporting disciplines to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare briefings, reports, board documents, and presentations with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Build strong relationships across internal stakeholders, investors, and external partners.
- Support project and development reporting, tracking milestones and maintaining documentation for key initiatives.
- Drive communication and alignment through consistent planning, follow-up, and coordination of leadership activities.
This role suits an experienced, commercially minded EA who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working closely with business decision-makers, and takes pride in precision and professionalism.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting C-suite or senior executives, ideally within property, construction, funds management, or a complex project-driven organisation.
- Skilled in managing competing priorities with calm efficiency and strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience preparing executive documentation, board packs, and reporting materials.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration platforms.
- Exceptional communication, discretion, and stakeholder management skills.
- Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a highly organised and composed approach.
