Our client is a privately owned organisation with an expanding portfolio of projects across New South Wales. The business has a strong track record of delivering long‑term value and is scaling up to meet a growing pipeline of opportunities. Operating in an agile, fast-moving environment, the company values pragmatic decision-making, strong leadership alignment and people practices that enable growth.

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in enabling leadership effectiveness, ensuring operational alignment, managing critical priorities, and driving disciplined execution across the group’s activities. This newly created position offers a rare opportunity to partner closely with a CEO who values initiative, clarity, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate governance rhythms, meetings, and reporting disciplines to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare briefings, reports, board documents, and presentations with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Build strong relationships across internal stakeholders, investors, and external partners.
  • Support project and development reporting, tracking milestones and maintaining documentation for key initiatives.
  • Drive communication and alignment through consistent planning, follow-up, and coordination of leadership activities.
About You

This role suits an experienced, commercially minded EA who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working closely with business decision-makers, and takes pride in precision and professionalism.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting C-suite or senior executives, ideally within property, construction, funds management, or a complex project-driven organisation.
  • Skilled in managing competing priorities with calm efficiency and strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing executive documentation, board packs, and reporting materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, discretion, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a highly organised and composed approach.
If you’re an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working at pace, directly supporting senior leadership, and contributing to the success of a growing business, we would love to hear from you.
