Freight Forwarding - Export Operations

About the role
Reporting to the Ocean Export Operations Supervisor, your duties will include but not limited to the following

• Act as a key contact for allocated customers 
• Create and confirm transport orders to ensure pickup of the shipment
• Ensure customer requirements are met and documents are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow-up shipment status in the export area, identify incidents and ensure resolution of any incidents
• Manage shipment visibility, and profitability

About you

• Previous experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics 
• Demonstrated experience in a fast paced KPI driven environment  
• Previous experience with Cargo Wise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
