About the Role
Our client is currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Sales to join their team based in Sydney CBD with some flexibility to work a few days remotely from home per week.
Reporting to the Strategic Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and driving strategic growth opportunities for the business whilst empowering a high performing team to achieve organisational objectives.
About the role
- Lead, drive and inspire a high performing national team
- Identify and implement strategies and plans to achieve KPI’s and organisational growth objectives
- Drive sales growth and performance across B2B, B2C and D2C channels through customer centric approaches and data insights
- Review product planning, inventory control, pricing, margins, marketing, advertising and promotional activities and reporting are aligned to meet business strategic direction
- Partner with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless customer journey
- Negotiate and strategically manage major deals and partnerships
- Provide evidence-based advice to Senior Executives to help shape business directions
About you

- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across all levels
- High attention to detail
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise and conflicting deadlines
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite and Salesforce
Requirements
- Tertiary Qualifications in Business, Operations, Sales or an equivalent field
- Demonstrated Senior Leadership experience and strong People Leadership skills
- Proven senior sales experience within a complex B2B environment
- Success in executing strategic sales initiatives and driving business growth
- Valid NSW Drivers licence
- Flexibility to travel interstate and international, when required
