This is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your HR expertise and play a key role in delivering people-focused initiatives during a period of growth and transformation.
Working as part of a collaborative ER/IR, HR and Talent Acquisition team, you will provide end-to-end generalist HR support to a client group of approximately 400 employees.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, offering practical advice, and contributing to continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience supporting a blue-collar or operational workforce, with a strong understanding of industrial and employee relations matters
- Demonstrated success in HR advisory roles, providing practical, commercially focused advice across the employee lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with leaders at all levels
- Confident in coaching and supporting managers through complex people matters, including performance, conduct, and change
- Adaptable and resilient, able to prioritise effectively and perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in HR best practices and compliance
- Proficient in the use of HR systems and data analysis
