About the Company

Join a global logistics organisation at their Sydney site, supporting a fast-paced, complex business that spans both blue and white collar operations.
 
You will play a key role as a trusted partner to the business, providing end-to-end HR support across employee relations, organisational development, and talent acquisition. 
 
Reporting to the Director of HR, you will partner with and work closely with the local General Manger to continue to build and retain a culture of positive and motivated team members, providing HR related support and advice to a broad range of stakeholders.

  • Support National employee engagement programs
  • Lead and engage employees towards best practice around Workplace Safety
  • Support and coach managers through change management programs and initiatives.
About you
  • Proven experience in a Generalist role as HR BP or People and Culture partner in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Prior experience working in Supply Chain and Logistics will be an advantage
  • Confidence in coaching and influencing leaders at all levels
  • Practical knowledge of Australian employment law and WHS requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
