Our client is a fast-growing financial services firm specialising in capital raising and real estate development investments, with a reputation for delivering strong returns to investors through a transparent, compliant, and value-driven approach.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of investment funds. Reporting to the Head of Finance & Operations, you will play a key role in fund administration, investor servicing, compliance, and process improvement. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated Fund Administrator, Risk Manager, and Accountant to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full operational lifecycle of investment funds, including establishment, distributions, and redemptions
  • Support fund administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and investor payments
  • Act as a primary contact for investor queries and communications
  • Prepare investor statements, reports, presentations, and newsletters
  • Ensure compliance with ASIC, AFSL, KYC, AML, and CTF regulations
  • Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to system upgrades and integration projects
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in financial services, with at least 3 years in fund operations/administration (ideally in real estate or alternative investments)
  • Strong knowledge of Australian financial markets and regulatory frameworks
  • Proficient in fund administration software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical and communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
