is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator
to support the delivery of integrated marketing and communications initiatives aligned with our strategic priorities.
This role contributes to revenue growth across business, education and government licensing sectors; supports member recruitment and engagement; strengthens stakeholder relationships; and assists with advocacy and internal communications initiatives, including our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Delivery
- Assist in implementing marketing plans across commercial licensing, education institutions and visual arts licensing
- Coordinate digital campaigns (META, Google Ads, LinkedIn), including monitoring and reporting
- Implement email marketing campaigns and manage social media channels
- Maintain and update external websites (WordPress) and intranet (The Hive)
- Monitor brand standards across digital, print and events
- Support licensee engagement strategies including onboarding, lead generation, retention and renewal campaigns
- Coordinate member recruitment messaging and campaigns
- Assist with member communications, webinars, website updates, Help Centre content and Member Portal information
- Support advocacy communications and policy engagement materials
- Assist with staff communications and events
- Support internal engagement initiatives, including RAP communications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Experience with email marketing, social media, SEO and campaign reporting
- Knowledge of META, Google Ads and LinkedIn for Business platforms
- CMS experience (WordPress preferred)
- Basic design capability in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
- Collaborative, accountable and deadline-driven
- Passion for customer experience and understanding stakeholder needs
