Are you a hands-on mechanical professional looking to build your career in a stable, growing manufacturing environment?

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business that is investing in its people, systems, and facilities. With continued growth and a brand-new site, they are now seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join their day shift team.

This role is ideal for someone with practical maintenance experience and relevant qualifications who enjoys being on the tools and working closely with production.
 
Key Responsibilities:  

• Carry out routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks
• Respond quickly to mechanical breakdowns and help reduce downtime
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on the floor
• Work closely with production and other departments to ensure minimal disruption
• Support the installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed

What we are looking for:  

• Some hands-on experience in a mechanical role – ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments 
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn on the job
• A team player who understands the importance of safety and compliance
• Trade qualifications or relevant mechanical training (preferred but not essential)
