About the Role
They are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Support Officer to join their team in Parramatta with flexibility to work from home a few days per week. This is an estimated 3-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.
Working within the Property, Development and Valuations Division, you will be required to provide a wide range of project, operations and administrative support services to various workstreams including Commercial Development Management, Strategic Advisory Services, Environmental Management Group and Precinct Development
Responsibilities
- Support the Manager, Business and Projects, Operations Team and the Division to achieve project objectives for property assets and portfolios
- Assist with all event and training coordination activities
- End to end project administration
- Track and monitor project plans, status updates, milestones, budgets and deliverables
- Inbox management, generating correspondence
- Respond to administrative requests and enquiries
- Undertake research and analysis, gather and collate information to support informed decision making outcomes
- Preparation of project related documentation including briefs, update reports, budgets, discussion papers and correspondence
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements
About You

- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels
- Solid analytical, decision making, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
Requirements
- Demonstrated Project or Program management experience
- Experience within Property Development, Assets or Facilities administration, highly advantageous
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
