Quality Assurance Coordinator
- Permanent Full-time role | $65,000-$75,000 + super

Our client is a global medical technology company specialising in orthopaedic implants and innovative surgical instruments. They are seeking a meticulous individual to take responsibility for the end‑to‑end delivery of medical loan kits and surgical navigation instruments, ensuring the quality, functionality and timely delivery of all medical devices.

The Role
- Manage surgical loan kit bookings and resupplies in the inventory management system, confirming availability and delivery schedules
- Coordinate picking, packing and dispatch of loan kits and navigation equipment, including organising courier bookings and delivery confirmations
- Receive and process returned loan kits within required turnaround times, including checking completeness, identifying damaged items and organising replenishment
- Perform daily maintenance and functional testing of navigation stations and instruments, documenting results in accordance with procedures
- Receive international shipments and verify accuracy against documentation, including quantities, lot numbers and serial numbers
- Record inventory movements and receipts in the ERP system, maintaining accurate stock and traceability records
- Act as a key point of contact for Sales, Clinical Specialists, hospitals and internal teams, providing updates, timelines and practical solutions
What You'll Bring:
- Prior experience in logistics, healthcare supply chain, or technical equipment coordination is preferable but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) processes
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills
- Attention to detail and compliance mindset
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills
