About the Company
We are currently seeking an immaculately presented and professional Receptionist to join a world class pharmaceutical manufacturer.

As the face of the organisation, you will be required to provide high level professional frontline customer service to all visitors and guests. You will be required to work 7am-3:30pm Monday to Friday, no weekends! This is a temp to perm opportunity. 

  
About the Role:
  • Act as the face of the organisation, greeting all staff, visitors and guests
  • Deliver high level professional front line customer service
  • Completing site inductions with all new visitors, guests and attendees 
  • Switchboard duties, answering and triaging calls, taking messages and allocating to the appropriate person
  • Monitoring security boom gate for trucks and deliveries
  • Support the Executive Assistant in functions including preparing tea and coffee, catering and meals for the Executive team
  • Inbox management, generating correspondence
  • Management and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail 
  • Ordering kitchen supplies, stationery and maintaining office equipment 
  • Support Samples team with administration and data entry 
  • Ensure a clean and tidy work environment 

About You:  
  • Corporate, immaculate and professional presentation
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Superior organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • High attention to detail 
  • Engaging, driven, motivated and resilient
  • A strong team and task focus 
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic 
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite

Requirements
  • Demonstrated Reception or Administration experience 
  • Medical Reception experience highly advantageous 
  • Previous experience working with a variety of stakeholders across multiple sectors including Office, Manufacturing and Transport environments preferred, not essential 
  • Ability to work 7am-330pm Monday to Friday
