About the role
  
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for existing sales/account management administration support.
Managing paperwork for new and existing customers
Running reports on sales results via the inhouse system and excel
Monitor claims and update sales representatives on progress
Supporting other divisions with administration function
Process rate requests
Coordinate proposals, tenders, and contract administration
Logging sales data
  
About you
  
You will have experience in the transportation, supply chain, freight forwarding, eCommerce, or retail sales industry and exceptional administration and reporting skills.
  
You are motivated and proactive and have demonstrated the ability to multitask and enjoy a variety in your role.
  
  
Requirements
  
- Willingness to undergo a National Police check
- 2+ Years of experience in a sales administration or similar role
- High level of MS Office skills, including Excel
