About the role
  
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following;
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Team and Managers, encompassing expense management and coordination of corporate hospitality events.
  • Ensure the prompt completion of both scheduled and ad hoc reports to support business operations.
  • Assist in the creation of customer proposals, presentation materials, business reviews, and responses to tenders.
  • Address customer requirements by providing spot rates, quotations, landed cost invoices, special supply orders, and one-time delivery solutions.
  • Manage operational escalations and proactively contribute to customer development and retention by adhering to deadlines and implementing necessary actions.
  
About you
  • 2+ Years of experience in a sales administration or similar role
  • Previous experience in the transportation, supply chain, freight forwarding, eCommerce, or retail sales industry is highly regarded
  • Have exceptional administration and reporting skills.
  • You are motivated and proactive and can demonstrate the ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
