About the role

• Provide specialist planning advice and manage development assessments from start to approval.
• Prepare and review complex documentation (SEEs, REFs), ensure statutory compliance.
• Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders (incl. other government agencies).

  
What you’ll bring

• Tertiary qualification in urban/regional planning (or equivalent).
• Strong residential development assessment experience; Part 5 assessment experience desirable.
• Excellent written/oral communication, collaborative stakeholder-management skills.
• Current driver’s licence and eligibility for relevant industry membership.
