About Alexander Appointments

Alexander Appointments is a well‑established recruitment agency with over two decades of experience supporting clients across government, accounting, supply chain, logistics, business support and temporary staffing solutions. We’re known for our ethical approach, collaboration and long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Baulkham Hills–based team, with a strong focus on managing our key accounts for their  temporary recruitment needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high‑volume environments and has experience in blue‑collar, industrial or temp labour‑hire settings. You will be part of a supportive, close‑knit team, contributing to both individual and shared targets, playing a key role in the success of our clients and consultants.

About You
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment resourcing or a similar role, ideally with exposure to high‑volume temporary or labour‑hire assignments (advertising, screening, interviewing and managing a temp workforce).
  • Energetic, proactive and a genuine go‑getter who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume temp environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with candidates, colleagues and clients, with the ability to manage an ongoing temporary workforce.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and stay organised under pressure while maintaining and growing a busy temp desk.
  • Team‑oriented, ethical and focused on achieving both individual targets and shared team goals.
  • Confident user of recruitment systems and MS Office, with a strong focus on accurate data entry, compliance and onboarding documentation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high‑volume temporary resourcing end‑to‑end, including advertising, screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates.
  • Proactively build, nurture and maintain talent pools for temp and contract roles across key job families.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their resourcing needs and deliver suitable, job‑ready candidates quickly.
  • Manage an active temporary workforce, including availability checks, extensions, redeployments and day‑to‑day candidate support.
  • Maintain and grow your temp desk, including repeat business, referrals and new role opportunities.
  • Manage the onboarding requirements of casual staff, ensuring all documentation, checks and inductions are completed prior to start.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM and ensure compliance across all placements.
  • Contribute to a positive, high‑performing team culture by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and living AA’s values.
What’s in it for You
  • Attractive salary and performance‑based bonus structure for the right candidate.
  • Flexible, outcomes‑driven work model that supports balance without losing team connection.
  • Supportive leadership, ongoing mentorship and professional development.
  • Access to an extensive candidate database, longstanding client relationships and genuine long‑term career opportunities.
