They are seeking a driven Solicitor with strong personal injury experience, specifically within workers compensation matters to join its growing practice.

The Role:

• Manage a file load of workers compensation matters under supervision, from intake through to resolution
• Draft legal documents, advice and correspondence, and prepare matters for conciliation, mediation and hearing
• Conduct legal research and analyse liability, quantum and procedural issues in complex workers compensation claims
• Liaise with clients, insurers, medical experts, counsel and other stakeholders to progress matters efficiently
• Assist senior practitioners with strategy, evidence preparation and advocacy support

  
What you’ll bring:

• Approximately 2+ years’ post-admission experience as a Solicitor
• Extensive, hands-on experience in NSW workers compensation law, with a deep understanding of relevant legislation, guidelines and procedure
• Demonstrated experience managing your own workers compensation files with appropriate supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and practical way
• A client-centric approach, strong attention to detail and excellent file and time management skills
• A collaborative mindset and genuine desire to learn and develop within a high-performing team
• An ability to manage a high volume of caseloads
