About the Company

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator to join their expanding team based in Erskine Park.

This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
  
About the Role

• Planning and monitoring fleet movements
• Allocation of freight for transportation
• Booking and coordinating driver runs
• Managing driver hours
• Ensuring COR and Fatigue Management compliance
• Coordinating and communicating with Drivers to ensure they understand all allocated tasks
• Maintaining fleet management reporting
• Supporting day-to-day operations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Working closely with warehouses and clients to maintain effective customer relationships

   
Key Requirements

• Experience managing or coordinating a fleet of 30+ vehicles (HR to MC)
• Strong understanding of COR and Fatigue Management
• Good knowledge of Sydney locations and suburbs
• Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced transport administration, warehousing, distribution or courier environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Willingness to learn, resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
