About the Role

This is a busy administration role where you will support the National Credit team by setting up customer accounts, maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer information is up to date.

You will work closely with internal teams and customers, playing an important role in keeping account information accurate while delivering excellent customer service.

Your Responsibilities
  • Set up new customer accounts and maintain customer information within the system
  • Process customer account applications and supporting documentation
  • Conduct basic credit reference checks
  • Respond to customer and internal account enquiries
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records
  • Perform data entry and administration tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Assist the wider Credit team with general administrative support
This role is ideal for someone with strong administration skills who is looking to develop a career in accounts, credit or finance.

About You
  • Previous administration, customer service or office support experience
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Exposure to accounts or credit administration is advantageous but not essential
  • Have your own vehicle as no public transport is available
  • Ability to work shifts between 7.30am and 6pm
