About The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will be actively involved in all facets of the sales process, working autonomously to achieve KPI's. 
 
 
Responsibilities:   
  • Setting the annual sales plan to drive the business moving forward. 
  • Focus sales activity in those areas of the market which will maximize the sales. opportunity.
  • Identify and regularly contact existing customers. 
  • Provide accurate pricing, using estimating spreadsheets and entering quotes in Xero. 
  • Provide a range of support services to customers including site visits, factory tours and quality controlling the output from the productions. 
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to management on market conditions including pricing, competitor activity and marketing initiatives. 
  • Build long-term relationships with the customer base and position our client as a leading supplier. 
  • To be proactive, enthusiastic, results oriented, well-spoken and well presented. 
  • Maintain accurate CRM to maximize the sales opportunities in line with company expectations. 
 
About You:
To be successful in this role, you must be a proactive person and is motivated to work autonomously. Knowledge of powder-coating process is an advantage, and experience working in a similar SME manufacturing is required.
