About the Role
Based in Matraville, you’ll take ownership of a high-potential territory across NSW and VIC, with a clear mandate: drive new business growth across the wine, beer, and spirits market.

This is a field-based role where you’ll be out in the market, identifying opportunities, starting conversations, and converting prospects into long-term clients — supported by a globally connected logistics network.
 
What You'll Be Doing
  • Proactively hunting and securing new business across NSW and VIC within the BWS sector
  • Building a strong pipeline through outbound activity, networking, and industry presence
  • Developing tailored logistics and supply chain solutions for new clients
  • Preparing proposals, pricing, and commercial agreements
  • Attending industry events and staying close to market trends
  • Managing pipeline and activity through CRM systems (Salesforce)
What You Bring
  • Proven track record in business development or sales — you know how to win new business
  • Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or the BWS industry (preferred)
  • A true hunter mindset — proactive, persistent, and motivated by results
  • Confidence working autonomously across a large territory
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
