- $90,000 – $105,000 Base + Super + Bonus depending on experience

About the Role
Our client, a global healthcare organisation, is seeking a Business Services Specialist to support ANZ operations across fleet, expenses, and business services.
This is a highly collaborative role that blends finance, operations, and problem-solving, with a strong focus on managing fleet operations and handling complex, non-standard expense queries.
Reporting to the Head of Finance & Business Services, you’ll act as a key support across multiple operational areas, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution while also contributing to reporting, insights, and broader business initiatives.
We are open to candidates with transferable experience, including those from fleet or novated leasing organisations, reconciliation or lease administration roles, or Executive Assistants with strong coordination, judgement, and stakeholder management skills.

What You’ll Be Doing
Fleet Operations
- Manage and coordinate the ANZ fleet of ~125 vehicles
- Liaise with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Support policy governance, utilisation tracking, and cost optimisation
- Assist with lease administration, insurance coordination, and compliance requirements (including FBT considerations)
- Manage escalated and non-standard expense queries via the central inbox
- Investigate and resolve complex or policy-exception claims with sound judgement
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on policies, reimbursements, and processes
- Support corporate card and expense reconciliation processes
- Deliver reporting and insights across fleet, expenses, and business services
- Support the Head of Finance & Business Services with ad hoc analysis and operational tasks
- Assist across broader areas including legal and real estate administration where required
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years’ experience in finance operations, business services, fleet, or similar roles
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguous or non-standard queries
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Experience with systems such as SAP, Concur, Ariba, or similar (preferred)
Working Arrangements & Additional Information
- Hybrid working model with three set in-office days (Tuesday–Thursday)
- Occasional flexibility required to support business needs or global stakeholders
- Exposure to regional and global teams across APAC and Europe
