• 7 Month Contract – 30 Hours per week on offer

• $75 - $85 / hour + Super depending on experience

The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst has come up to gain hands-on experience with a full ERP migration. You'll be involved from testing and validation through to go-live and implementation support, contributing to critical business transformation. This role offers genuine exposure to end-to-end implementation, with a focus on UAT, system configuration testing, and building comprehensive process documentation that will shape how the business operates on its new platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and support a system migration to a new ERP
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple business units
• Conduct system testing for transactions, workflows, and system configurations
• Develop and document SOPs
• Assist with account re-mapping for month-end reporting to suit the new ERP
• Provide general project and admin support throughout implementation

   
About You

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar, supporting ERP migration projects
• ERP experience in Momentum Pro, BMS, or similar systems is highly regarded although not essential
• Strong UAT and process mapping experience
• Advanced Excel and Word skills
• Experience with financial reporting systems (e.g. OneStream) highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
