Based in a new, modern office in Erskine Park, this role is ideal for candidates with experience in call centre, customer service, transport, or logistics environments who enjoy fast-paced, problem-solving work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email with a focus on service excellence
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and provide real-time shipment updates
  • Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and transport operations
  • Investigate and resolve delivery or service issues efficiently
  • Monitor freight movements and ensure accurate communication with customers
  • Maintain documentation and update internal systems
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in customer service, call centre, logistics, or operations roles
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Logistics or transport industry experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Reliable, proactive, and a team-oriented mindset
