About the Role

You will support day-to-day operations, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure orders and deliveries run smoothly. Full training will be provided, making this a great stepping stone into the industry.

What you will be doing:

• Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
• Providing delivery updates and ETAs
• Tracking deliveries and following up on proof of delivery (POD)
• Updating order and customer information in internal systems
• Assisting with basic invoicing and administrative tasks
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations

About You:

• Strong customer service skills (retail, hospitality or office experience welcome)
• High attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Interest in logistics, supply chain, or operations (highly regarded)
