About the Role Reporting to the State Manager, this entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone looking to build a career in customer service, internal sales, or account management. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting enquiries, preparing quotes, and assisting the sales team to deliver outstanding service and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and face-to-face interactions
- Provide product information, pricing, and general support to customers
- Prepare quotations and customer documentation accurately
- Support the external sales team with lead generation and follow-ups
- Liaise with manufacturing teams regarding orders and product details
- Follow up on quotations within required timeframes
- Coordinate service calls, warranties, and site requests
- Collaborate closely with account managers and the broader sales team
- Participate in team meetings and sales updates
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, or sales (highly regarded but not essential)
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
- Proactive, driven, and confident working both independently and within a team
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and good organisational ability
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Interest in sales, manufacturing, construction, or trade industries is advantageous
