The Opportunity

You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement through to delivery. You will work closely with internal teams, transport and shipping providers, and customers to ensure accurate, on-time order completion, acting as the main point of contact throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and solutions-focused support via phone and email.
• Accurately process customer orders with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proactively manage orders, including backorders and delivery timelines.
• Liaise with supply chain and sales teams to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.
• Respond to customer enquiries with product recommendations or alternatives.
• Coordinate transport and communicate with shipping providers to ensure timely deliveries.

About You

• Previous experience in customer service (logistics or supply chain exposure highly regarded)
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a “can-do” approach
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
