An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Customer Service Representative with SAP order processing experience to join a collaborative and high-performing team.

The Opportunity:

As the first point of contact for customers, you will manage the end-to-end order processing function, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Working closely with the Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and Supply Chain teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately using SAP.
• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email, managing enquiries from order through to delivery.
• Monitor customer orders, proactively managing backorders and keeping customers updated.
• Liaise with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Resolve customer enquiries efficiently while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Support customer account administration, including credit enquiries, order updates and general administrative tasks.

About You: 

• Previous SAP order processing experience.
• Customer service experience within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
