  • Partner with marketing, finance, IT, QA, planning, R&D and external suppliers on stock fulfilment and inventory management
  • Improve the end-to-end delivery and post-purchase experience so it remains competitive against local e-commerce benchmarks, covering click and collect, pickup centres and last mile carriers
  • Strengthen data integrity and system integration across fulfilment platforms and enterprise systems
  • Oversee trade compliance and customs activity, applying current international trade law and FTA arrangements to cross-border movement
Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in supply chain, logistics, business or a related discipline
  • Minimum five years in a comparable direct-to-consumer supply chain, distribution or operations management role, ideally within retail, FMCG or e-commerce

  • Track record of building and executing distribution or network strategy with ownership of cost and service outcomes
  • Strong planning, forecasting and replenishment expertise, with exposure to S&OP processes
  • Practical working knowledge of warehousing, purchasing, inventory, transport and distribution procedures in a live DC environment
  • Advanced ERP capability, with Oracle experience highly regarded, alongside strong MS Office skills
