About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HR Advisor to join a collaborative and high-performing Human Resources team. This role will provide operational and strategic HR support across a broad range of people-related functions including employee relations, workforce reporting and analytics, HR policy development, and stakeholder advisory services.
The successful candidate will work closely with managers and internal stakeholders to provide practical HR guidance and support organizational objectives through effective people management strategies. This role requires a proactive, analytical, and solutions-focused professional who can confidently manage competing priorities within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
This position is ideally suited to an experienced HR generalist who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, interpreting workforce data, improving HR processes, and contributing to positive workplace culture outcomes.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional HR advice and support to managers and employees across a range of people and workforce matters.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing HR policies, procedures, programs, and practices across the organization.
  • Support employee relations matters including performance management, grievances, workplace investigations, and disciplinary processes.
  • Develop, interpret, analyze, and coordinate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
  • Prepare workforce reporting and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and business outcomes.
  • Assist with the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with legislative and organizational requirements.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units to ensure effective HR service delivery.
  • Assist managers with interpreting HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Ensure HR practices remain compliant with relevant legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, and organizational policies.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar Human Resources role.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and employment legislation.
  • Experience developing HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret workforce data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Experience supporting managers within complex or fast-paced organizational environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Experience in HR policy development, review, and implementation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while also managing tasks independently.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
