We’re partnering with a well-established global logistics business to find Inside Sales Coordinator to join their high-performing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys working across sales, operations, and marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team with timely and accurate pricing, including buy/sell rate coordination
  • Source competitive transport and service solutions from suppliers
  • Manage and maintain CRM activity, ensuring opportunities are tracked and progressed
  • Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams to support new and existing opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and global stakeholders to deliver seamless service
  • Step in to support pricing activities when required
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers, while keeping a pulse on market trends
  • Support marketing initiatives across digital, traditional, and event channels — working alongside a broader marketing team
  • Assist in coordinating campaigns, customer communications, and industry events to help drive brand presence and pipeline growth
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks
About you:
  • Experience in a sales support, coordination, operations, or similar role (logistics or related industries highly regarded)
  • Exposure to or interest in marketing activities (campaigns, events, digital channels)
  • Strong systems capability and confidence working across CRM platforms and tools
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build relationships across stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
