An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Inventory Controller to join a well-established global logistics organisation based in Eastern Creek. This role is ideal for a systems-savvy inventory professional who enjoys problem solving, maintaining stock accuracy and working closely with warehouse and operations teams.

You will work in a fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment where accuracy, communication and teamwork are essential. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for stock control, inventory reconciliation and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Process inventory adjustments and reconciliations.
• Manage inventory-related queries from internal stakeholders and customers.
• Maintain stock accuracy and data integrity within the WMS.
• Liaise closely with warehouse operations to ensure inventory processes are followed.
• Support reporting and analysis using Excel and internal systems.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across inventory processes.

About You

• Previous inventory control experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain.
• Strong exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with occasional manual handling duties.
