- Day shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm
- Approx. 1 year Maternity leave, temporary opportunity
- Immediate start available
You will play an important role in maintaining accurate customer information and supporting the wider business through high-volume data processing.
Your responsibilities will include
- Reviewing and opening new customer accounts
- Completing risk assessments for new and existing accounts
- Conducting licensing reviews in line with Australian State and Territory requirements
- Maintaining and updating existing customer accounts
- Performing regular data cleanses and ensuring data integrity
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, including Credit, Customer Service and Order Entry teams
- Processing a high volume of data accurately and efficiently using the Oracle system
- Previous Accounts experience
- Strong data entry skills with excellent speed and accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A collaborative, team-focused approach
- A willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- A valid Driver’s Licence and your own reliable transport
