Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will take ownership of multi-site operations across NSW, VIC and WA, leading site based leaders and teams. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving performance, consistency, and continuous improvement across all sites, with regular interstate travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations across NSW, VIC and WA, processing and warehouse sites, ensuring consistency in performance, quality, and output
- Manage, mentor, and develop leaders and teams, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives
- Oversee operational performance, capacity planning, and workflow efficiency to ensure service and performance targets are consistently met
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures across all locations
- Ensure compliance with data security requirements, workplace health and safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Manage key vendor and supplier relationships, including logistics and service partners, ensuring performance, value, and reliability
- Lead vendor onboarding, performance management, and contract negotiations to support business growth
- Take ownership of the operational cost base, including labour and logistics, driving cost control and efficiency initiatives
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and commercial decision-making
- Provide strategic operational leadership through performance reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and support for growth projects
- Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role across multi-site environments
- Background in operations, logistics, supply chain, or related industries
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic oversight and operational involvement
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing costs and driving performance outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, improve processes, and scale operations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Flexible and able to travel as required
