About the Role
Working within a supportive People & Culture team, you'll play an integral role in delivering HR operations across the employee lifecycle while partnering with managers and employees to deliver an outstanding employee experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating onboarding, employee changes and offboarding
  • Preparing employment contracts and HR documentation
  • Maintaining HR systems and employee records
  • Providing first-level HR advice and responding to employee enquiries
  • Supporting recruitment coordination and candidate communications
  • Producing HR reports and workforce data
  • Assisting with WHS administration and compliance activities
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
About You:
  • Previous experience in a Human Resources, People & Culture or Executive/Team Assistant role supporting an HR function
  • Exposure to, or an understanding of, the employee lifecycle
  • Exceptional administration and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and a genuine passion for creating a positive employee experience
